PASTOR RUDY DRAPER
My name is Pastor Rudy, I am the Senior Pastor here at CBC. I am from Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. My wife, Jordan and I got married in 2015 and we have one son, Ru-Ru. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology from Liberty University and graduated with a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in May 2022. My favorite hobbies are Soccer and Skateboarding, and favorite sport’s team is the Tottenham Hotspurs. My life verse is Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
PASTOR SCOTT LOCKERMAN
Worship Pastor, Men's Ministry

Hello, I am Pastor Scott. I lead the Worship and Men’s Ministry at CBC. I also serve as a Kent County Deputy Sheriff. My childhood years were spent in Middletown, DE. I married my high school sweetheart, Amanda in 2009, we have 3 children, Tidence, Elin, and Baylor. I earned a Bachelor’s in Pastoral Ministries with an emphasis in English and Secondary Education from the Crown College of the Bible. I enjoy training dogs and fishing with my family. My favorite sports teams are the Eagles, Orioles, Blue Devils, Georgia Bulldogs and Chelsea. My life verse is 1 Timothy 6:11.
Michelle Genovese
Children's Ministry Director
My name is Michelle Genovese. I am the Director of Children's Ministries here at CBC and joyfully serve as the Secretary at Chestertown Christian Academy. My husband Jim and I have been married for nearly 25 years and have 7 children. We came to Chestertown Baptist Church when our youngest daughter started attending CCA 4 years ago. It is my goal as Children’s Ministry Director to make sure the children who come to CBC get to know and grow in the knowledge and love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am grateful for my traditional church upbringing because as my faith has grown over the last nearly 40 years, I am able to recall the lessons, stories, songs, and traditions that bring insight, knowledge, and reverence to my faith. I hope to pass those same things along to our CBC Kids. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, and crafting.
